Shipping, Handling and Returns
Shipping & Handling
We do charge handling fees for each order. For domestic order, handling fee is $5.00. For Canada, the handling fee is $6.00, and for other counties, the handlng fee is $10.00. Our handling time is one business day. Higher volume order get shipping discount too.
Domestic shipping, total weight of products under 13 ounces will be through USPS first class mail, take 2-5 business days to your hand, weight over 13 ounces will be through USPS priority mail, take 2-3 business days to your hand. Order weight over 8 pounds will be shipped by USPS parcel post, take 2 to 7 days to deliver to your end.
International Shipping, total weight of products under 4 lbs will be through USPS first class mail, estimate time to arrive your hand "varies", weight over 4 lbs will be through USPS priority mail, take 6-10 business days to your hand.

Returns
We offer a 7 days satisfaction guarantee on all items we sell. No question asked. For a full refund, you must ship the item out within 7 days you get them, and items must be returned undamaged and in its original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. |
